Ruins, Rocks & Rhine Views during Winter in the Siebengebirge.
This is the second multilingual hike offered by DAV Bonn! Everyone is warmly welcome to speak English, Spanish, German, or whichever language feels most comfortable to them — this is an open and inclusive hike where tolerance and connecting across languages and cultures are what it's all about. Our guide speaks English, Spanish, and German fluently, and gets by (with a smile) in broken Italian, Portuguese, and French, and can also say some words in Arabic. Starting from the "Königswinter Oberdollendorf" tram stop, we'll hike about 3 km along part of the Rheinsteig, making our first stop at the impressive monastery ruins of Heisterbach. From there, we'll continue to the Weilberg Krater, and after another 2 km, reach the striking rock formations at Stenzelberg. Before tackling the hike's first peak, we'll take a break at the "Einkehrhäuschen" to warm up from the cold January weather. From there, we'll climb up to the Nonnenstromberg, marvel at the stone pyramid, and continue on to the historic Petersberg. Be sure to bring a thermos of warm tea to enjoy the view over the Rhine valley! From there, we'll head back down to Oberdollendorf and finish the hike at the "Königswinter Oberdollendorf" stop, where tram line 66 will take us back to Bonn main station.

Caminata multilingüe del DAV cerca de Bonn: ruinas, rocas y vistas al Rin en invierno por el Siebengebirge
¡Esta es la segunda excursión multilingüe que ofrece el DAV Bonn! Todo el mundo es bienvenido a hablar inglés, español, alemán o el idioma con el que se sienta más cómodo: se trata de una excursión abierta e inclusiva en la que la tolerancia y la conexión entre idiomas y culturas son lo más importante. Nuestra guía habla inglés, español y alemán con fluidez, se defiende (con una sonrisa) en italiano, portugués y francés, y hasta sabe decir algunas palabras en árabe.
Partiendo de la parada de tranvía "Königswinter Oberdollendorf", haremos una caminata de unos 3 km siguiendo parte del Rheinsteig, con nuestra primera parada en las impresionantes ruinas del monasterio de Heisterbach. Desde allí continuaremos hacia el Weilberg Krater y, tras otros 2 km, llegaremos a las llamativas formaciones rocosas de Stenzelberg. Antes de afrontar el primer pico de la caminata, haremos una pausa en el "Einkehrhäuschen" para entrar en calor tras el frío de enero. Desde allí subiremos al Nonnenstromberg, admiraremos la pirámide de piedra y continuaremos hacia el histórico Petersberg. ¡No olvides llevar un termo con té caliente para disfrutar de las vistas sobre el valle del Rin! Desde allí bajaremos de nuevo hacia Oberdollendorf y terminaremos la caminata en la parada "Königswinter Oberdollendorf", donde la línea de tranvía 66 nos llevará de vuelta a la estación central de Bonn. El punto de encuentro es en la estación central de trenes de Bonn, frente al mostrador de información, a las 10:45 (el tranvía 66 sale a las 11:03), o directamente en la parada de tranvía "Königswinter Oberdollendorf" a las 11:24 h.
